Coffee & Content Monthly Membership – Terms and Conditions
By subscribing to the Coffee & Content Membership, you agree to the following:

Billing & Payment

Membership is billed at R300 per month via Payfast.

Subscriptions renew automatically on the 1st of each month, unless cancelled.

If you join mid-month, you will be charged the full R300 immediately and gain access to the current month’s content.

Content Access

Members will receive 3 pieces of content per week: 2 video tutorials and 1 podcast-style voice note.

Weekly Q&A sessions take place in the WhatsApp group on Thursdays.

Content is delivered via WhatsApp and stored in a Google Drive folder for easy access.

Cancellations

You may cancel at any time before the 1st of the next month to avoid being charged again.

Cancellations are self-managed via your Payfast profile or by emailing us for assistance.

Conduct

The WhatsApp group is a private space for respectful, productive engagement.

Only the admin (Karin) can post during the week. On Thursdays, the group is opened for community interaction and support.

Q: What exactly do I get each month?
A: You’ll receive 2 short video tutorials and 1 podcast-style voice note every week, plus access to our Q&A and support day each Thursday. All content is designed to help South African small business owners grow their Instagram presence and feel more confident online.
Q: How will I receive the content?
A: All content is shared in a private WhatsApp group and also stored in a Google Drive folder you can access anytime.
Q: Can I join at any time?
A: Yes! You can join any day of the month. You’ll be charged R300 on sign-up and gain immediate access to that month’s content. Your subscription will then renew on the 1st of the following month.
Q: What if I miss a week?
A: No worries! Everything is saved in the content library so you can catch up at your own pace.
Q: Can I cancel anytime?
A: Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date. Once cancelled, you’ll still have access for the remainder of the paid month.
Q: Can I ask questions or get personal feedback?
A: Yes! On Thursdays, the WhatsApp group is opened for member questions and feedback. I’ll answer everything I can by the end of the day.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this membership and immediate access to valuable content, we do not offer refunds for Coffee & Content once payment has been processed.
However, if you experience any technical issues or have concerns about your subscription, please reach out to us at karin@dear-diary.co.za and we’ll do our best to assist you.
You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.
